METHYL GREEN PYRONIN
Green-Pyronin (MGP) is used to demonstrate DNA and RNA in cells from tissue. Sections (formalin fixed) and cytologic preparations (alcohol-ether fixed). Pyronin stains RNA finds in red. Methyl green stains DNA bluish-green.
